> This page explains the privacy controls and third-party services used by the AI Security Summit website.

## Information this site processes

When you visit this site, standard web infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referral source, approximate location, and timestamps. The site uses this information to deliver pages, maintain security, measure performance, understand which content is useful, and diagnose errors. AI Security Summit does not ask you to create an account on this website.

Some event actions open services operated by other providers. Registration forms, ticketing, calls for papers, video playback, maps, and embedded event tools may collect information under their own notices. Review the notice shown by the relevant provider before submitting personal information. Avoid entering sensitive personal data unless the form specifically requires it for the service you requested.

## Cookies, consent, and analytics

The site uses Usercentrics to present cookie choices and remember consent. Google Tag Manager and Segment help manage analytics and measurement tools. Optional services should run according to the choices available in the consent dialog. You can reopen those choices at any time with the cookie settings button in the footer. Blocking optional cookies may reduce measurement or embedded-media features, but the site's core event information remains available in server-rendered HTML.

The site may embed content from services such as YouTube, Google Maps, Whova, Marketo, Sessionize, or event ticket providers. Loading or following that content can disclose technical information to the provider and may place cookies according to your consent and the provider's policy. Links to external sites are clearly treated as separate destinations, and their privacy practices are outside this site's direct control.

## Your choices and questions

AI Security Summit is a Snyk and AI Engineer initiative. Snyk's Privacy Notice explains the applicable controller, purposes, sharing, retention, international transfers, and rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and opt-out where those rights apply. Submit a privacy request through Snyk's form or email privacy@snyk.io. Questions about event partnerships should instead go to partners@aisecuritysummit.com.

This page is a practical description of this event site's behavior and does not replace Snyk's full Privacy Notice. If this page and the Snyk Privacy Notice differ, use the Snyk notice for the governing privacy terms. The site may update this explanation when its analytics, registration, or embedded-service setup changes. Last reviewed: August 25, 2026.
