# AI Security Summit Copenhagen 2026

> Half a day, one room, for the leaders actually deploying AI.

After the San Francisco flagship in October, AI Security Summit comes to Copenhagen for a half-day satellite edition. Security, engineering and AI leaders from the companies actually deploying these systems, gathering to work through the strategic problems together: org design for AI security, board-level risk communication, and how to staff teams for threats that didn't exist two years ago.

## Event details

- Date: November 25, 2026
- Starts: 2026-11-25T09:00:00+01:00

## Who should attend

People who must justify decisions with evidence, not slogans, and who run AI programs at enterprise scale.

- Leaders driving AI strategy and risk decisions
- C-suite executives with AI responsibility: CISOs, CTOs, CIOs
- VPs and Heads of Engineering, AI, Security, Platform or Infrastructure

Topics:
- What AI risk actually looks like in board meetings: metrics, frameworks, and the real questions directors ask
- Practical governance patterns: model approval gates, ownership maps, policy checklists
- Concrete supply chain risk: what to verify in third-party models, and where past breaches started
- Where security slows teams down versus where it prevents costly outages or bad data leaks
- Case reviews of real AI security incidents: attack vectors, fixes applied, and measurable outcomes

## Agenda

### 25 November 2026

- **08:30 – 09:00** Arrival and Breakfast (networking)
- **09:00 – 09:25** Welcome and Opening Remarks
  - Speakers: Brian Vermeer (Staff Developer Advocate, Snyk)
- **09:25 – 09:50** Prompt, Tool, Execute: Anatomy of an Agentic Attack (keynote)
  - Speakers: Luc Delsalle (CEO, OpenLatch)
  - AI agents don't just generate text, they take actions. In this session, Luc Delsalle, co-founder and CEO of OpenLatch, walks through the anatomy of an agentic attack, from the prompt to the tools an agent can reach to what it ultimately executes, and what teams can do to keep agents within the authority they were given.
- **09:50 – 10:15** Security in the Age of AI: From Gatekeeping to Enabling Autonomy (talk)
  - Speakers: Shanky Gupta (Head of Product & Cloud Security, CatalystOne Solutions)
  - AI is changing not just how software is built, but who or what builds it. Developers are working alongside AI agents, business teams are creating AI-powered solutions, and autonomous systems are taking on responsibilities traditionally held by people. Yet much of our security still relies on human-driven reviews and controls designed for a different pace of delivery. Shanky Gupta shares practical experiences from securing AI adoption in an enterprise SaaS environment. From guardrails for citizen developers and governance of AI agents and identities to rethinking security assurance for autonomous delivery, the session explores how Security can evolve from a gatekeeper into an enabler.
- **10:15 – 10:45** EU Cyber Resilience Act: Compliance Without Slowing Innovation (fireside chat)
  - Speakers: Thomas Zuliani (Senior Director, Security Services, GEA Group); Archo Gkoutziouli (Software Security Lead, F-Secure)
- **10:45 – 11:00** Coffee Break
- **11:00 – 11:35** Securing the AI-native SDLC (panel)
