## Partnerships and sponsorships

For sponsorship packages, partner activations, community collaborations, or questions about supporting an upcoming AI Security Summit, email partners@aisecuritysummit.com. Include the city or event you are asking about, your organization, the kind of participation you have in mind, and any timing constraints. The team can then route the request to the correct event owner.

Speaker proposals should use the call-for-papers link shown for the relevant event. Registration, venue, accessibility, schedule, and ticket questions should start with that event's page because arrangements differ by city. If the page does not answer the question, the partnerships inbox can direct it to the local event team. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, unreleased vulnerability reports, or other sensitive material by email.

## Privacy and organizer details

AI Security Summit is a Snyk and AI Engineer initiative. Privacy questions and personal-data requests are handled under Snyk's Privacy Notice. Email privacy@snyk.io or use the privacy request form linked from the privacy page. For press questions about Snyk, use press@snyk.io. These addresses serve different teams, so using the right one will reduce routing time.

Organizer correspondence can be addressed to Snyk Limited, Suite 4, 7th Floor, 50 Broadway, London, SW1H 0DB, United Kingdom. This is the organizer's registered office, not an event venue and not a place for in-person summit support. Venue addresses and arrival instructions appear on each confirmed event page. AI Security Summit does not publish a dedicated public telephone line at this time.
